I chose Cosmo Service Center because they have experience in servicing my Buick Regal. The service was thorough and quick. Everyone was very friendly. Overall I was pleased with the service. However I was NOT pleased with the fact that Cosmo passed on their 4% credit card fee (charged to businesses for the convenience of accepting credit cards). This increased my balance by $32! This fee is traditionally charged to the BUSINESS not to the customer.
HI BRENDA we apologize for the the aggravation caused by the credit card fee, most business are passing it on these days as it has become increasingly difficult with todays expenses and inflation rate for all of us, we have not raised our prices overall as some have done to compensate we should have notified you in advance about the fee,so it would not be a surprise to you but as a peace offering we would like to offer you a FREE oil change on us next time you due for yours THANKS FOR YOUR UNDER STANDING "THE COSMOS CREW"
